Artists Showing at Kern River Valley Art Association Satellite Galleries

The Kern River Valley Art Association proudly announces a showing of Fluid Sculpture Art, by artist Martin Varga.

Martin’s art will be on display at the Kern Valley Museum Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, November 2 to November 26, 2017.

Martin uses fluids which have liquid gaseous particles that yield and reshape, when acted upon by force, to create unique textures and shapes.

Martin was born here in the Kern River Valley and went to High School here.  He is a registered Civil Engineer. He is married to Jeanne Denvir, who grew up in Walker Basin. She is the daughter of Helen Cross Rankin.

Saturday November 4th, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, an Artist’s Reception will be held at the museum. Admission is free and all are welcome. Please note the Beer Tasting and Poetry Reading.

The Kern River Valley Art Association proudly announces a showing of paintings by artist Camille Emblem.
Camille Emblem’s colorful little acrylic paintings of ladies from many perspectives should be gracing everybody’s house. They are priced very modestly.
